In Zone Enrolment Process
The school has an approved enrolment policy based on a defined geographic zone, information on in zone and out of zone enrolments is detailed below. Enrolment packs for in zone applicants are available from the School Office between 8.30am and 3.30pm daily during term time. If you have any queries about enrolment please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 274 0637.
To help with our long term planning we would appreciate you pre-enrolling your child well in advance of their 5th birthday. If any of your contact details change at any stage please ensure you notify the office so we can keep your information up to date.
IN ZONE ENROLMENTS
At Point View School we have an approved enrolment policy based on a defined geographic zone (see the zone map of the area and list of street names and house numbers on the Zoning Information tab). All in-zone enrolments require proof that the address provided is where the applicant lives as outlined on the enrolment form and presentation of a birth certificate. All documentation requirements need to be completed before any child is able to start.
Please note that children cannot start on the same day that they first arrive to enrol, we need to allow time for placement of the child into an appropriate class and for the teacher to prepare for their arrival. All new starters are encouraged to start on Mondays during term, and for new entrants the Monday after their fifth birthday.
