School Sports

On Tuesday 19th of May a lot of students went to Lloyd Elsmore to participate in the Rugby Field Day. The under 45kg competed against 8 teams and won 4, lost 4.
Everybody tried their best and lots got injured. The under 35kg team competed against 6 teams they won 3 lost 2 and drew 1. We all had lots of fun and we all tried our best even though we lost some of our games.  When we got back to school we were all quite tired but we all managed to do most of our work.

On Thursday the 10th of June, two year 5 teams and two year 6 teams participated in the Howick and Pakuranga Netball Field Day. We all had great fun playing against the different schools!

During week 9 four year six teams and two year 5 teams took part in the hockey field day at Lloyd Elsmore park. Each team got to play 4 games, it was our first time playing on the astroturf. We won some games, drew some and lost some, but we all had an awesome day and learnt heaps of new hockey skills.
