22.03.19 Some of the classes at PVS took part in the amazing Paper Doll Project initiated by two students from Tahatai Coast School (TCS) in Papamoa. The goal was to send our paper doll chains to TCS so they can “create a long, long line of paper dolls that show kids of different cultures together holding hands” to show that we respect the cultural unity in Aotearoa. We learned to understand and acknowledge that New Zealand is a place of diversity and acceptance through this awesome project.

Quote from our School Song: “Learning together at our school, smiling faces from different places. Ako tahi, our home, Aotearoa.”
