At Point View School, we value open communication and believe that working together helps achieve the best outcomes for our learners. If you have a question, concern, or worry about your child, we encourage you to raise it early so that we can work together to resolve the issue.

Start with your child's teacher

In most cases, concerns can be resolved quickly by speaking directly with your child’s classroom teacher in the first instance. Teachers know their learners well and are often able to clarify situations or work with you to find a solution. If further support is needed, the teacher will help guide the concern to the appropriate staff member or school leader.

If a concern cannot be resolved informally, a more formal process may be followed to ensure the matter is addressed fairly and respectfully. We are committed to listening carefully and working collaboratively with families to ensure positive outcomes for our learners.
