Facility Hire at Point View School

At Point View School, we are proud to offer a range of high quality facilities available for long term community hire (yearly tenures). Our spaces are designed to support a variety of activities, from sports and physical education to performing arts and educational seminars.

The School Hall: A large, versatile space perfect for community gatherings or large-scale indoor activities.
Performing Arts Centre (PAC): A specialised environment ideal for dance, drama, and music groups.
Library: A quiet, modern space suitable for workshops or community meetings.
Outdoor Courts & Field: Well-maintained spaces for sports clubs and active recreation.
Classroom Spaces: Subject to availability, our modern learning environments can be hired for educational purposes.

Due to our exceptional facilities and central location, our spaces are in high demand and are frequently fully booked year round. We prioritise long term partners who align with our school values and community spirit.

Hire Details

Term: We specialise in long term, yearly hireage rather than one-off short lets.
Rates: Hireage is calculated at a competitive hourly rate on the space available.
Payment: To ensure a smooth partnership, invoices are issued and paid one term in advance.
Contract: We will provide a contract as part of the process to be signed.
